Refund policy

At Vital Aura, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns subject to the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes, used supplements, and worn caps cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective.
  • Is significantly different from its description.
  • Is not of acceptable quality.
  • Arrives damaged.
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Perfume Returns

Due to hygiene and safety requirements:

  • Unopened and sealed perfume products may be eligible for return according to this policy.
  • Opened or used perfume products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Supplement Returns

For health and safety reasons:

  • Supplements must remain sealed and unopened for change-of-mind returns.
  • Opened supplement containers cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or required by law.

Cap Returns

Caps may be returned for change-of-mind reasons if:

  • They are unworn and unused.
  • Original tags are attached.
  • They are returned in original condition.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty.
  • The item was damaged during transit.
  • We sent the wrong item.
